Krishna Vandan offers homestyle meals and snacks prepared on a pre-order basis. These terms apply to all users placing orders through our platform or directly via phone/WhatsApp.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Pre-Order Required: All food orders must be placed at least one day in advance.
  • Minimum Order: Some items may have a minimum order quantity, especially for bulk requests.
  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfers, or cash (where applicable). Full/advance payment may be required for large orders.
  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after payment and confirmation message from our team.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Free Delivery within 2 km of our base in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
  • Additional delivery charges apply for distances beyond 2 km, as informed during order confirmation.
  • We aim to deliver on time, but delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen issues may occur.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before delivery time.
  • Refunds are not applicable for same-day cancellations or no-show pickups.
  • In case of quality issues, please report within 2 hours of delivery for possible resolution.

5. Product & Food Information

  • All items are freshly prepared in a hygienic home kitchen.
  • We do not use preservatives, colors, or artificial flavors unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Actual taste or presentation may vary slightly due to the nature of homemade cooking.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our platform or impersonate others while placing orders.
  • Share false feedback or defamatory content about our food or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (photos, text, logos) related to Krishna Vandan is owned by us and cannot be reused or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Krishna Vandan is not responsible for:

  • Reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
  • Delay or failure to deliver due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Any incidental damages arising from the use of our food or service.

9. Indemnification

By using our service, you agree to hold Krishna Vandan harmless against any claims arising from your misuse of our platform or services.

10. Privacy

Your contact and order details are used solely for delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
