At Krishna Vandan, we take pride in preparing and delivering freshly cooked food with quality ingredients. As all our items are made to order, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Return Policy

No Returns Accepted: Since our products are perishable and prepared fresh for each order, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Refund Policy

We issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Order Delivered: If you receive the wrong item or quantity.
  • Damaged or Spoiled Food: If food is found spoiled at the time of delivery (must be reported immediately with a photo).
  • Order Cancellation: If cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, a full refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem
