1. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver within Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar city limits.
• Free delivery is available for orders within 2 km.
• For areas beyond 2 km, a small delivery charge may apply based on distance and order size.

2. Order Booking

• We only accept bulk orders.
• The minimum order quantity is mentioned for each item on our website.
• All orders must be placed at least one day in advance to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

3. Delivery Timings

• Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
• Orders are delivered as per the customer’s preferred time within the delivery window.

4. Self-Pickup Option

• Customers can also opt for self-pickup from our kitchen location.
• Pickup timing must be coordinated during order confirmation.

5. Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the agreed delivery time and does not respond, the delivery will be considered fulfilled and no replacement or refund will be issued.
