At Krishna Vandan, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent payment experience for all bulk food orders. Please read the following payment terms carefully:

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment modes:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available only for select orders

Payment Terms

• Advance Payment Required: For most bulk orders, full payment or a minimum advance must be made to confirm the order.
• Payment Confirmation: Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery: COD is available only for orders under ₹1000 and within 2 km delivery radius.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will be eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery time.
